A course project introduced by Neuromatch academy. Where I firstly learn something about machine learning.
Established the relevance between visual signal data and movement velocity by observing video signals of mice side faces, including pupil data, eye blinking, and whisker twitching, as well as voxel-based signals of mice visual cortical neurons. Analyzed data by dimension reduction (PCA, NMF) and RVM.
Programmed and modeled in Python. Explored and analyzed the Stringer neuron dataset by collaborating with teammates on platforms of Google Colab, Jupyter Notebook, etc. Visualized experiment results using Matplotlib and some functions in Seaborn packages.
